Privacy Policy – Foxcare Mining

1) Purpose
No personal data is collected individually. The data collected will not leave FOXCARE PROJECT.
2) Data collected
Account: email, user ID, username/referrer.
In-app activity: mining, missions, leaderboards, rewards, ad interactions.
Purchases: Google Play Billing receipts (FOXPASS, packs) to activate content.
Diagnostics: crash/performance (Firebase/Crashlytics).
Device identifiers: advertising ID (AAID) for ads and anti-fraud.
We do not collect: precise location, contacts, photos/videos or files.
3) Purposes
Providing features (account, progression, purchases), gamified mining (missions, boosts, contests), analytics and improvement, anti-cheat/fraud, advertising (personalised if permitted), legal obligations.
4) Sharing
No data sales. Sharing with necessary service providers:
Google/Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics), Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google Play Billing.
These partners process data on our behalf in accordance with their policies.
5) Advertising & choices
You can disable personalisation of ads in Android and/or in the app (if available). You will still see ads, but less relevant ones. Only Nodes and Mining Boosts are subject to advertising.
6) Retention
Account/progression: until account deletion or extended inactivity.
Purchases: legal/accounting period.
Crash/diagnostics: generally ≤ 24 months.
Thereafter: deletion or anonymisation.
7) Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access, anti-abuse controls. No measure is infallible.
8) International transfers
Processing may occur outside the EU by our providers (including Google/Firebase) with Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent guarantees.
9) Rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.
Exercise your rights: privacy@foxcare.app (identity verification may be required).
10) Minors
The app is not intended for users under 13 (or local equivalent age).
11) Account and data deletion
Send an email to contact@foxcare-project.com with the subject 'Foxcare Account Deletion' and your account ID.
12) Updates
We may update this policy; the 'Last updated' date will be adjusted and the current version will remain available at this URL.
13. User Accounts
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information, not share your account, keep your password secure and notify FOXCARE of any unauthorised access.
FOXCARE reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of fraud, abuse or breach of the terms of use.
14. Fraud Prevention and Ecosystem Security
To ensure the fairness of the mining system and the stability of the internal economy, FOXCARE may use automated detection mechanisms to identify fraudulent activity, bots, unauthorised emulators, reward manipulation and abusive behaviour.
These controls are carried out to protect the entire community.
15. Minors
FOXCARE services are not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, you must obtain authorisation from your legal representatives before using our services.
If we discover that a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, we will take the necessary steps to delete that information.
16. International Transfers
Some of our technical service providers may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, FOXCARE ensures that the necessary safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards).

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. FOXCARE is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of these external services. We encourage you to review their respective policies.
18. Evolution of FOXCARE Services
As the FOXCARE ecosystem is constantly evolving, some future features may require additional data processing. In the event of a significant change, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the new practices.
19. Policy Updates
FOXCARE may update this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of a significant change, users will be informed by in-app notification, website update or email notification where necessary.
